This wonderful bookcase is a genuine antique and dates to the 1st half of the 1800's.  It is a spectacular example in the empire taste with exwuisite hand chased gilt bronze details.  It has 3 doors with wood shelves and black silk door decorations.  It was used on the movie set of GiGi with  Leslie Caron & Louis Jourdan and Maurice Chevalier who sang "Thank Heaven For Little Girls" in the movie.   It is a 1st class high quality antique and also a piece of Hollywood History. It measures approximately: Height 80in, Width 80" , Depth 18". Usual wear.   IT IS ABSOLUTELY EXQUISITE AND AUTHENTICITY IS GUARANTEED!!!!
