Lamar is one of the original member's of the "Memphis Mafia". Lamar remained close with Elvis until Elvis' death in 1977. Elvis loved having Lamar around because of his sense of humor. This is Lamar's personal power chair (Scooter). This power chair is in great condition, This chair has hardley been used! It has never been outside! It is about 2 years old. This unit oringinaly sold for around $7500. The good news is Lamar no longer needs this chair and would rather see someone regain their mobility with the use of this great product. After all those great years I spent being close to the most famous entertainer in history, Elvis Presley and all those enjoyable wild times we all spent when we were younger, you never think about how things will turn out later in life. The same goes for many successful years I spent in the Nashville and National music scene as head of one of the world’s largest Music Publishing companies that put me face to face with some of country music’s most successful artists and songwriters. However about three years ago when I was just entering my seventies I was diagnosed with cancer, the Big C and it wasn’t a very pleasant thing to hear. What added to it was the chemotherapy and other treatments I had to endure just like so many who faced the same thing in their life. Unfortunately for me because of my life long problems with weight, I found it difficult to maneuver while under treatment that made me weak, forcing me to rely on the use of a power chair.  So I became the owner of such a chair from The Scooter Store that I’m sure many of you are familiar with from their TV ads. I’m overjoyed to say that now that I have been in remission for over a year, I have no use for the power chair anymore and I do want to sell it.  So I’m offering this unusual item to you the Elvis fans here on Ebay.  You never know when you or someone close to you might need it.
